Barry Neil vs Michael MacRae

Boxing Daily Report from the NexPromotions promoted show at London Byrne, London,  taking place on 18/05/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Southern England Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Barry Neil (38(26) - 15(13) - 2) who hails from London, UK and Michael MacRae(8 - 8 - 1) from London, UK.  Both Neil and MacRae weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael McConkie, and the three ringside judges are Ian Stockard, Sean McNabb and Ian Hier.  

Round 1: 

Neil lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

MacRae tries to land a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut to MacRae's ribs.  
Neil lands two right hooks followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Neil clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, MacRae pushes his forearm into Neil's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures MacRae about fouling.  
Neil is on target with a solid cross.
