Merijn Tillens vs Blasius Gabet

Boxing Daily Report from the William Peskens promoted show at Daaf Aernouds Gym, Antwerp,  taking place on 18/05/2044:

Clearly William Peskens have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belgium-Flanders Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Merijn Tillens (2 - 5 - 2) who hails from Antwerp, Belgium and Blasius Gabet(2 - 6(1) - 2) from Ghent, Belgium.  Both Tillens and Gabet weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Baus, and the three ringside judges are Justus Van de Zande, Arend Gherstecore and Polle Van den Broucke.  

Round 1: 

Tillens gets on the inside.  Gabet quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut.  
Gabet tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Gabet's ribs.

Tillens throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Gabet's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Tillens closes the distance.  Gabet tries to land a left uppercut, but Tillens slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Tillens's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Gabet's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.
