Neper Tavera vs Rodrigo Messa

Boxing Daily Report from the Atsu Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo Este Severino, Santo Domingo Este,  taking place on 21/05/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neper Tavera (4 - 10(1) - 2) who hails from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic and Rodrigo Messa(7 - 0) from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic.  Tavera weighed in at 108 pounds, while Messa weighed in at 107 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Juan Arguijo, and the three ringside judges are Edmundo Tesoro, Javier Renteria and Cipriano Lujan.  

Round 1: 

Messa gets on the inside and lands a left hook.
