Vidal Melendez vs Michael Swanston

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Rogers Center, Toronto,  taking place on 09/07/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vidal Melendez (35(15) - 6(3) - 2) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Michael Swanston(37(28) - 7(7) - 1) from Colorado Springs, USA.  Melendez weighed in at 175 pounds, while Swanston weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Stuart Gavin, and the three ringside judges are Michael Nickson, Neil Cowans and Louis Brockett.
