Aki Kitamura vs Aki Kano

Boxing Daily Report from the Japanese Boxing Federation promoted show at Fumio Sadow Gym, Osaka,  taking place on 26/05/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Osaka Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aki Kitamura (12 - 19 - 3) who hails from Suita, Japan and Aki Kano(5 - 9(1) - 1) from Osaka, Japan.  Both Kitamura and Kano weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kenji Tamura, and the three ringside judges are Hikaru Mayeda, Takeo Kudo and Takeo Kudo.  

Round 1: 

Kano attempts to land a jab, but Kitamura dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Kitamura steps inside.  Kano pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Kitamura attempts to land a jab, but Kano slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kitamura steps inside and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Kitamura is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Kitamura sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands an overhand left followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.

Kitamura is looking to close the distance.  Kitamura pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a right hook into Kano's body.
