Ryo Komatsu vs Aki Sanda

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Hanshin Racecourse, Takarazuka,  taking place on 11/06/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the East Asian Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ryo Komatsu (13(12) - 1(1)) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Aki Sanda(10(6) - 4(2)) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Komatsu and Sanda weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Satoshi Abe, and the three ringside judges are Hiro Noda, Hisoka Nishida and Kazuhiko Sugita.  

Round 1: 

Sanda sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits the target with a stiff jab.  
Sanda is on target with a left hook.  
Komatsu gets on the inside.  Komatsu pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Sanda tries to land a left uppercut, but Komatsu sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Komatsu walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Sanda finds the target with a jab.  
Komatsu advances into close range and lands two left uppercut's to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Komatsu sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Sanda is on target with a stinging left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Komatsu throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Komatsu pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Komatsu lands a right uppercut followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Komatsu is on target with a left hook.  
Komatsu lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Sanda quickly recovers. 
Komatsu hits home with a left hook.  
Sanda sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Komatsu lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Komatsu throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Sanda attempts to land a jab, but Komatsu parries the shot and counters with a BRUTAL left hook.  SANDA IS HURT!  
Sanda forces Komatsu to back into the ropes.  Komatsu knows Sanda is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Komatsu lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS SANDA TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Sanda now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Komatsu lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Komatsu lands a jab.  
Sanda gets on the inside.  Komatsu connects with a stinging left hook.  
Sanda lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Sanda pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a firm right hook.  
Komatsu drives a ramrod jab into his opponents face.  
Komatsu is looking to close the distance.  Komatsu pivots to the side of his opponent and slams a hurtful right hook into Sanda's ribs.  IT LOOKS LIKE SANDA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Sanda quickly recovers. 
Komatsu lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Komatsu throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Komatsu tries to step out of his opponents range and connects with a firm cross.  
Komatsu closes the distance.  Komatsu pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a sharp right hook to his opponents ribs.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Sanda's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Sanda's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Komatsu lands a straight 1 - 2, DROPPING SANDA TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.

Komatsu whips in a hurtful left hook to Sanda's liver.  SANDA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Sanda recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Komatsu closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Some sustained pressure from Komatsu could be enough to finish Sanda!  Komatsu lands a right hook, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES SANDA!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Komatsu!
