Bum-young Lee vs Hiro Sakamoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Hanshin Racecourse, Takarazuka,  taking place on 10/06/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Bum-young Lee (1(1) - 0) who hails from Cheongju, South Korea and Hiro Sakamoto(11 - 7 - 1) from Shizuoka, Japan.  Both Lee and Sakamoto weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kazuhiko Fujii, and the three ringside judges are Hisao Furuta, Yutaka Enomoto and Hisoka Nishida.  

Round 1: 

Lee steps inside and drives a solid left hook into Sakamoto's body.  
Lee crashes a hurtful right hook to his opponents ribcage.  SAKAMOTO IS HURT!  Lee holds on to his opponent.  Lee leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Lee pushes his forearm into Sakamoto's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Sakamoto almost instantly recovers. 
Lee advances into close range and forces Sakamoto to retreat into a neutral corner.  Lee pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.

Lee lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Lee clinches his opponent.  Lee is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Lee closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Lee holds on to his opponent.  Lee throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Sakamoto is looking to keep his distance and hits home with a cross.

Lee advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Lee closes the distance.  Lee sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a left hook to Sakamoto's ribs.  
Lee lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Lee gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Lee is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Sakamoto's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Sakamoto's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Sakamoto's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Sakamoto's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Sakamoto is looking to keep the action on the outside and tries to land a cross, but Lee sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Lee lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a jab to the head.  
Lee gets on the inside.  Sakamoto sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Lee drives a left hook into Sakamoto's body.  
Lee lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Lee clinches his opponent.  Lee is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Lee walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Lee connects with a right uppercut.

Lee is on target with a solid right hook to Sakamoto's body.  
Lee lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Lee drives a stinging left hook into Sakamoto's body.
