Raul Motta vs Sergio Rusco

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Lazio promoted show at Rome Lorenzetti, Rome,  taking place on 28/05/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Italy-Lazio Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Raul Motta (7 - 12(1) - 2) who hails from Rome, Italy and Sergio Rusco(2 - 4 - 3) from Rome, Italy.  Motta weighed in at 175 pounds, while Rusco weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Liberatore Barzanti, and the three ringside judges are Silvestro Del Piero, Luca Borrelli and Enzo Pasqual.  

Round 1: 

Motta finds the target with a jab.  
Motta closes the distance.  Rusco pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  As Motta tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Rusco dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Motta throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Rusco advances into close range.  Rusco pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Rusco sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with an overhand right.

Motta gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook.  
Motta steps to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Rusco sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.
