Mark Kabokeme vs Kunle Akarandut

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Borno State promoted show at Maiduguri Thomas, Maiduguri,  taking place on 31/05/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Borno State Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Kabokeme (4 - 7 - 2) who hails from Maiduguri, Nigeria and Kunle Akarandut(5 - 0) from Maiduguri, Nigeria.  Kabokeme weighed in at 135 pounds and 8 ounces, while Akarandut weighed in at 135 pounds.    As Kabokeme came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Sam Igbinadolor, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Shariff, Thompson Ezenwaka and Shehu Akande.
