Boris Kosanov vs Dimi Merckulow

Boxing Daily Report from the Forficula D promoted show at Medeo, Almaty,  taking place on 10/06/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kazakhstan-Almaty Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Boris Kosanov (23 - 2(1) - 2) who hails from Almaty, Kazakhstan and Dimi Merckulow(15(1) - 1(1)) from Almaty, Kazakhstan.  Both Kosanov and Merckulow weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Danyaal Isabecoff, and the three ringside judges are Haider Tleuli, Yasin Tomilov and Malik Iwanoc.
