Chris Geddes vs Michael Cowden

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Docklands Stadium, Melbourne,  taking place on 25/06/2044:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chris Geddes (19(3) - 3(2) - 3) who hails from Gold Coast, Australia and Michael Cowden(19(1) - 4(2) - 3) from Melbourne, Australia.  Geddes weighed in at 154 pounds, while Cowden weighed in at 153 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Arran Ritchey, and the three ringside judges are Hugh Collins, Blake Lapshin and Lucas McColl.
