Rex Soulis vs Cody Haig

Boxing Daily Report from the Paradoxia promoted show at Anchorage Kelton, Anchorage,  taking place on 06/06/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mountain West Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rex Soulis (17 - 2(1)) who hails from Anchorage, USA and Cody Haig(10 - 7(3) - 2) from Longmont, USA.  Soulis weighed in at 199 pounds and 13 ounces, while Haig weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Byers, and the three ringside judges are Harvey Blair, David Edmiston and Joe Routledge.  

Round 1: 

Soulis steps inside and connects with a right hook.
