Malcolm Gibson vs Henri Montillet

Boxing Daily Report from the Elliot Britton promoted show at Harrow Leisure Centre, London,  taking place on 06/06/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Malcolm Gibson (5 - 0) who hails from Colchester, UK and Henri Montillet(2 - 0) from Bordeaux, France.  Both Gibson and Montillet weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Steven Samuel, and the three ringside judges are Rob Barron, Brin Wyburn and Edwyn Speirs.  

Round 1:

Montillet is looking to close the distance.  Gibson sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents body.

Gibson manouvers Montillet into a corner.  Montillet throws a right hook, but Gibson clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Gibson pushes his forearm into Montillet's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Gibson sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a right uppercut into Montillet's body.  
Gibson lands a sharp jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Montillet's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Montillet's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
