Boxing Daily Report from the Brenin Promotions promoted show at Hoyt Sherman Place, Des Moines,  taking place on 20/06/2044:

Clearly Brenin Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on MSG Network, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Dimi Akmenkalns (3 - 0) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Duncan Wedin(1 - 1) from Kansas City, USA.  Both Akmenkalns and Wedin weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amon Stackpoole, and the three ringside judges are Blake Balderston, David Crosbie and Michael Hutchison.
