Sid Mungle vs Malcolm Cava

Boxing Daily Report from the ghost style ANDREW promoted show at Irvine Blackley, Irvine,  taking place on 06/06/2044:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-California Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sid Mungle (19 - 26(4) - 7) who hails from Anaheim, USA and Malcolm Cava(47(24) - 6(1) - 2) from San Jose, USA.  Mungle weighed in at 160 pounds And 9 ounces, while Cava weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edward Danskin, and the three ringside judges are Dai Kerwood, Robert Christopher and Paul Louden.  

Round 1: 

Cava steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Cava ties up his opponent.  Cava is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Cava and breaks the clinch.  
Cava lands a right hook.  
Cava lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Cava lands a right hook.  Cava clinches his opponent.  Cava leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Cava's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Cava is looking to close the distance.  Mungle throws a right uppercut, but Cava ties up his opponent.  Cava leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Cava walks Mungle into a corner.  Cava lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Cava drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Cava throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Cava lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Cava clinches his opponent.  Cava leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Cava's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Cava lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Cava closes the distance.  Cava pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut to Mungle's ribcage.  
Cava is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Cava hits home with a left uppercut.  
Cava manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Cava drives a right uppercut into Mungle's body.  
Mungle gets on the inside.  Cava lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Cava lands a jab followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Cava pivots to the side of his opponent.  Cava lands a left hook.  Cava ties up his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Cava closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Cava lands a jab.  
Cava lands two left hook's to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Mungle tries to step out of his opponents range.  Cava lands with a stinging jab.  
Cava forces Mungle to back into the ropes.  Cava pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.  
Cava steps inside and is on target with a firm right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mungle's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Mungle sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Cava lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.

Cava lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  Cava clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks Cava's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Cava lands a jab.  
Cava closes the distance.  Mungle throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Cava pivots to the left of his opponent.  Mungle tries to land a left hook, but Cava sidesteps and counters with a powerful right uppercut.  MUNGLE IS HURT!  
Cava stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Cava lands a left uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Cava pivots to the side of his opponent.  Cava is on target with a VICIOUS left hook.  Cava holds on to his opponent.  Cava leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Mungle switches the action to the outside.  Cava stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Cava lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES MUNGLE!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Cava!
