Isaak Kowalchuk vs Oleksander Kazan

Boxing Daily Report from the Papugyan Promotions promoted show at Gomel Kozlovsky, Gomel,  taking place on 15/06/2044:

Clearly Papugyan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belarus-East Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Isaak Kowalchuk (2 - 5 - 1) who hails from Mogilev, Belarus and Oleksander Kazan(2 - 4 - 5) from Mogilev, Belarus.  Both Kowalchuk and Kazan weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Konstantin Fedora, and the three ringside judges are Apostol Kotlyar, Fadei Karlik and Krystiyan Marko.
