Boxing Daily Report from the Knoetze Promotions promoted show at Perth Wilson, Perth,  taking place on 14/06/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-Western Australia Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Steele (12(3) - 11(5)) who hails from Perth, Australia and Gareth McWilliam(6 - 3 - 1) from Perth, Australia.  Steele weighed in at 246 pounds and 9 ounces, while McWilliam weighed in at 240 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vincent Dykes, and the three ringside judges are Ian Fram, Dave McPherson and Euan Gregor.  

Round 1: 

Steele is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by two left hook's to the head.  
McWilliam lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.

Steele is looking to close the distance and throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

McWilliam is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with an overhand right.  
Steele attempts to land a left hook, but McWilliam parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
McWilliam manouvers Steele into the blue corner.  McWilliam pivots to the side of his opponent.  Steele digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Steele sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a firm left uppercut.  
Steele pivots to the side of his opponent.  McWilliam throws a right hook, but Steele ties up his opponent.  Steele pushes his forearm into McWilliam's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Steele about fouling.  
Steele lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  
McWilliam switches the action to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Steele gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to McWilliam's body.  
Steele steps inside and manages to force McWilliam into the corner.  Steele lands a left uppercut, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Steele senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Steele lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Steele knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Steele lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS MCWILLIAM DOWN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Steele!
