Stuart Ducat vs Kyle Downey

Boxing Daily Report from the Round12 Promotions promoted show at San Francisco Wan, San Francisco,  taking place on 14/06/2044:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-California Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Stuart Ducat (11 - 16(4) - 4) who hails from San Bernardino, USA and Kyle Downey(11(3) - 2 - 1) from Los Angeles, USA.  Both Ducat and Downey weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vince Aitken, and the three ringside judges are Dale Slaight, Kieran Farm and Lee Copland.  

Round 1: 

Ducat throws a left hook, but Downey clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Downey pushes his forearm into Ducat's face.  The ref breaks Downey's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ducat throws a left uppercut, but Downey ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Downey pushes his forearm into Ducat's face.  The referee warns Downey and breaks the clinch.
