Kai Grant vs Morakot Sirikeat

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Docklands Stadium, Melbourne,  taking place on 23/07/2044:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Asia-Oceania Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kai Grant (33(26) - 1 - 2) who hails from Perth, Australia and Morakot Sirikeat(10(7) - 6(3)) from Bangkok, Thailand.  Both Grant and Sirikeat weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Tighe, and the three ringside judges are Callum Mairs, Arran Ritchey and Aaron Yale.  

Round 1: 

Grant gets on the inside and digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  
Sirikeat quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Grant is on target with a solid left hook to Sirikeat's body.  
Sirikeat sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Grant lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Grant closes the distance.  Sirikeat lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Grant digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Grant walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Grant circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Sirikeat lands with a stinging jab.  
Sirikeat throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Sirikeat closes the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Sirikeat lands a left hook.  
Grant circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Sirikeat lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Grant throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Grant is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Sirikeat throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Grant to the neutral corner.  He lectures Sirikeat but does not take away a point.  
Grant lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Sirikeat digs in a left hook to Grant's body.  
Sirikeat lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Sirikeat advances into close range.  Sirikeat pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Sirikeat throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Sirikeat digs in a left hook to Grant's ribs.  
Sirikeat is on target with a cross.  
Grant closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Some sustained pressure from Grant could be enough to finish Sirikeat!  Grant lands a right uppercut, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND SENDS SIRIKEAT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  Sirikeat now seems to have got his legs back.

Grant lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Grant slams a mean left hook into Sirikeat's body.  DOWN GOES SIRIKEAT!  He manages to get up at 4.
