Varocher Mbamba vs Chevy Houlette

Boxing Daily Report from the Mulia Promotions promoted show at Maroua Gedeon, Maroua,  taking place on 19/06/2044:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Extreme-Nord Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Varocher Mbamba (7 - 5 - 2) who hails from Maroua, Cameroon and Chevy Houlette(31 - 19(2) - 2) from Maroua, Cameroon.  Both Mbamba and Houlette weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jean-Baptiste Clary, and the three ringside judges are Grant Loga, Tugdual Njoya and Merrill Ndi.  

Round 1: 

Mbamba sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Houlette is on target with a right hook to Mbamba's body.

Houlette closes the distance.  Mbamba wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Houlette has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Mbamba closes the distance.  Houlette is on target with a left hook.  
Houlette hits home with a left hook.  
Mbamba tries to keep the action at long range.  Houlette hits home with a cross.  
Houlette switches the action to the outside and hits home with a cross.

Houlette pivots to the left of his opponent and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  As Houlette tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mbamba dabs at his face checking for damage.
