Michael Hopes vs Leeroy Sillers

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Olympic Stadium, Montreal,  taking place on 15/07/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael Hopes (14(9) - 1(1) - 1) who hails from Surrey, Canada and Leeroy Sillers(26(6) - 5(1) - 3) from Wichita, USA.  Both Hopes and Sillers weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paris Clarin, and the three ringside judges are Brendan Aitken, Henry Popkin and Varocher Painchaud.  

Round 1:

Sillers is on target with a jab.  Sillers tries to land a jab, but Hopes dodges the shot and counters with a stinging cross.

Hopes lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Hopes senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Sillers and just needs the right shot.  Hopes EXPLODES a HUGE right uppercut into his opponents face.  SILLERS IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 8.  It looks like Sillers has now recovered from that shot earlier.
