Oddvar Vold vs Turpin Skramstad

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Norway-Oslo promoted show at Oslo Gandrud, Oslo,  taking place on 13/06/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Oddvar Vold (2(2) - 0) who hails from Oslo, Norway and Turpin Skramstad(0 - 1 - 1) from Oslo, Norway.  Vold weighed in at 147 pounds, while Skramstad weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Oliver Vinje, and the three ringside judges are Haldor Solem, Unni Billing and Sindri Lysne.  

Round 1: 

Skramstad closes the distance.  Vold throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Vold holds on to his opponent.  Vold is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Vold about fouling.  
Vold feints a cross, and then lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Vold closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  Vold clinches his opponent.  Vold uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Skramstad's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Vold to stop fouling.  
Skramstad gets on the inside and manouvers Vold into a corner.  Vold lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Vold is on target with a stinging cross.  
Skramstad sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Vold digs in a solid left hook to his opponents body.  
Vold steps inside.  Vold drives a right hook into Skramstad's body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Vold dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Vold drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Vold quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Vold drives a firm right hook into his opponents body.  Vold clinches his opponent.  Vold is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Vold's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Vold hits home with a right hook.  
Vold forces Skramstad to retreat into the corner.  Vold lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Vold lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  Vold ties up his opponent.  Vold tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Skramstad's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Vold to stop fouling.  
Vold is on target with a left hook.  
Vold lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Vold gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Vold clinches his opponent.  Vold leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Vold lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Skramstad quickly recovers. 
Skramstad closes the distance.  Skramstad pivots from in front of his opponent.  Vold lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Vold ties up his opponent.  Vold hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Vold to stop fouling.  Skramstad quickly recovers. 
Vold feints a right hook, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Vold is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Vold ties up his opponent.  Vold uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Skramstad behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Vold about fouling.  
Vold lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Vold sidesteps to the right of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Vold crashes a hurtful right uppercut to his opponents body.  DOWN GOES SKRAMSTAD!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Skramstad throws a left hook, but Vold clinches his opponent.  Vold leans on his opponent using all his weight. The referee breaks up the clinch and lectures Vold to stop holding.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Skramstad's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Skramstad's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Skramstad's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Vold lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES SKRAMSTAD!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Vold forces Skramstad to back into the corner.  Vold drives a firm left hook into his opponents liver.  
Vold advances into close range and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SENDS SKRAMSTAD TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  
Vold senses Skramstad is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Vold lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body, AND SENDS SKRAMSTAD TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
It looks like Skramstad has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Vold drives a firm left uppercut into Skramstad's body.  Vold clinches his opponent.  Vold leans on his opponent using all his weight. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Vold to stop holding.  
Vold drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.

Vold gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS SKRAMSTAD TO THE CANVAS!  The ref waves off the fight.  He does not believe Skramstad can continue!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Vold!
