Jake Bevans vs Santiago Merin

Boxing Daily Report from the Forficula D promoted show at McKenzie Sports Club, Linden,  taking place on 08/07/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jake Bevans (6(3) - 3) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Santiago Merin(24(1) - 9(4) - 1) from Guatemala City, Guatemala.  Both Bevans and Merin weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Antwan Bigg, and the three ringside judges are Leeroy Work, Robert Sproat and Davie Clucas.  

Round 1: 

Merin is on target with a jab.
