David Neaves vs Charles Stennis

Boxing Daily Report from the CP Boxing promoted show at Georgetown Tolmie, Georgetown,  taking place on 26/07/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Guyana-North Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Neaves (3 - 1 - 2) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Charles Stennis(14(1) - 18 - 1(NC)) from New Amsterdam, Guyana.  Neaves weighed in at 174 pounds and 7 ounces, while Stennis weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Paton, and the three ringside judges are Greg Rhoderick, Robert Binner and Dominic Mordecai.  

Round 1: 

Stennis walks Neaves down, trapping him in a corner.  Stennis lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Stennis hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Stennis quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Stennis lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Stennis attempts to land a left uppercut, but Neaves blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Neaves tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand left.  
Stennis lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Stennis lands a left hook to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.  
Stennis manouvers Neaves into the red corner.  Stennis lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right uppercut to his opponents head.

Stennis gets on the inside.  Stennis hits home with a left uppercut.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Stennis has taken some damage there.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
Stennis gets on the inside and manages to force Neaves into the corner.  Stennis lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.
