Hitoshi Sugai vs Kenji Isobe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Matsudo Seto, Matsudo,  taking place on 27/07/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hitoshi Sugai (3 - 9 - 1) who hails from Chiba, Japan and Kenji Isobe(10 - 20(1) - 5) from Chiba, Japan.  Both Sugai and Isobe weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Taro Sugawara, and the three ringside judges are Ichiro Yamada, Akira Kamei and Kazuhiko Sakaguchi.
