Boxing Daily Report from the Lupyan Promotions promoted show at Luka Stasova Gym, Taganrog,  taking place on 02/08/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Rostov Oblast Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dimi Panin (4 - 7 - 1) who hails from Rostov-on-Don, Russia and Viktor Tetyukhin(7 - 10(1) - 3) from Rostov-on-Don, Russia.  Panin weighed in at 140 pounds, while Tetyukhin weighed in at 140 pounds and 10 ounces.    As Tetyukhin came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Daniil Porzhnev, and the three ringside judges are Pyotr Lampeev, Goga Sozonov and Fedya Torbinski.
