Peter Glaspy vs Corey McNamara

Boxing Daily Report from the Elliot Britton promoted show at Elliot Gym, Bristol,  taking place on 04/08/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Peter Glaspy (0 - 0) who hails from Doncaster, UK and Corey McNamara(2 - 0) from London, UK.  Glaspy weighed in at 174 pounds And 13 ounces, while McNamara weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Lennon, and the three ringside judges are Joel Lowry, Michael Findlay and Darryl Gibson.  

Round 1: 

Glaspy advances into close range.  Glaspy hits home with a sharp right hook.  Glaspy clinches his opponent.  Glaspy pushes his forearm into McNamara's face. Glaspy is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Glaspy about fouling.  
Glaspy attempts to land a cross, but McNamara blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Glaspy steps inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
McNamara is looking to keep his distance.  Glaspy sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  McNamara lands a jab.  
Glaspy sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Glaspy lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  Glaspy ties up his opponent.  Glaspy pushes his forearm into McNamara's face.  The referee warns Glaspy and breaks the clinch.
