Shevon Phaahla vs Lennert Vermaak

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Soweto Hall, Soweto,  taking place on 04/08/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shevon Phaahla (29 - 11(1) - 1) who hails from Tembisa, South Africa and Lennert Vermaak(5 - 1(1) - 1) from Johannesburg, South Africa.  Both Phaahla and Vermaak weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Voshon Adams, and the three ringside judges are Clinton Nyauza, Arali Kessels and Dorus Steenkamp.
