Francisco Ortiz vs Emilio Menendez

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Plaza de Toros La Condesa, Mexico City,  taking place on 29/10/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Azteca, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Francisco Ortiz (29(21) - 2(1)) who hails from Ciudad Victoria, Mexico and Emilio Menendez(23(9) - 3(1) - 1 - 1(NC)) from Acapulco, Mexico.  Both Ortiz and Menendez weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Montana Villasana, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Parras, Joaquin Herran and Agapetus Tomas.
