Ahmed Touma vs Haaris Azar

Boxing Daily Report from the Chitambo Promotions promoted show at Dubai Koroma, Dubai,  taking place on 15/08/2044:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Abu Dhabi Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ahmed Touma (39(24) - 15(6) - 3) who hails from Abu Dhabi, UAE and Haaris Azar(15 - 5(1) - 1) from Dubai, UAE.  Both Touma and Azar weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Atif Bukhari, and the three ringside judges are Farhan Akif, Waleed Bacchus and Shayan Hakimi.  

Round 1: 

Touma connects with a sharp cross.

Touma is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Touma ties up his opponent.  Touma pushes his forearm into Azar's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Azar advances into close range.  Azar pivots from in front of his opponent.  Touma lands a sharp right hook.  Touma clinches his opponent.  Touma is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Touma to stop fouling.

Touma tries to step out of his opponents range and connects with a VICIOUS cross.  AZAR IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 5.

Frustration is starting to boil over for Azar now.   He throws a low uppercut...that landed well below the belt! The ref separates the two fighters and tells Azar to keep his punches up.  He gives Touma a few minutes to recover.
