Venacio Astorga vs Santiago Tallon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Baja California promoted show at Discoteca Hangar 27, Tijuana,  taking place on 19/08/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Venacio Astorga (24(22) - 2) who hails from Mexicali, Mexico and Santiago Tallon(43(31) - 10(9)) from Acapulco, Mexico.  Astorga weighed in at 135 pounds, while Tallon weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces.
