Evert Bladow vs Leonardo Dankers

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at Velodrom, Berlin,  taking place on 10/09/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Germany Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sport Deutschland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Evert Bladow (35(22) - 5(1) - 2) who hails from Chemnitz, Germany and Leonardo Dankers(9 - 13(3) - 4) from Nuremberg, Germany.  Bladow weighed in at 153 pounds And 15 ounces, while Dankers weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Varick Kuebler, and the three ringside judges are Ellard Heidtman, Neffe Justus and Kolton Strebe.  

Round 1: 

Dankers cuts off the ring, trapping Bladow on the ropes.  Bladow lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  Bladow ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Bladow pushes his forearm into Dankers's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Bladow about fouling.  
Bladow tries to step out of his opponents range and hits the target with a hard jab.  
Dankers manages to force Bladow onto the ropes.  Bladow lands a left uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Dankers closes the distance and throws a right uppercut, but Bladow ties up his opponent.  Bladow is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Bladow's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Bladow lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Bladow is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Bladow steps to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Bladow lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Bladow hits home with an overhand right.  
Bladow is on target with a solid cross.  
Bladow lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Dankers steps inside.  Bladow lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  Bladow clinches his opponent.  Bladow leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Bladow is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Dankers recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Bladow lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Bladow quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Bladow is on target with a jab.  
Dankers throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a big left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE DANKERS WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Bladow is looking to keep his distance.  Bladow sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Bladow lands two left uppercuts to the body, and one to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut to the head, a cross to the head and a left uppercut to the body, AND DOWN GOES DANKERS!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Dankers's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Bladow circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Dankers throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Bladow is looking to keep his distance.  Bladow feints a jab, tricking Dankers into throwing a left hook counter.  Bladow springs the trap, countering with  a weighty left uppercut.  DANKERS WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Bladow is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Bladow lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS DANKERS DOWN!  The count reaches 10, but Dankers is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Bladow!
