Rob Bain vs Michael Roose

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at Gore Gym, Boston,  taking place on 26/08/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Rob Bain (4(2) - 0) who hails from Boston, USA and Michael Roose(1 - 1(1) - 1) from Raleigh, USA.  Both Bain and Roose weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oliver McCleese, and the three ringside judges are Bilal Elbaz, Charles Keath and Arnie Sherriff.  

Round 1: 

Bain advances into close range and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Bain lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Bain ties up his opponent.  Bain is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Bain's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Roose is looking to keep the action on the outside and throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Bain steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Bain tries to land a right hook, but Roose sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Bain advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Bain lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Bain lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.

Bain steps inside.  Roose attempts to land a right uppercut, but Bain blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.

Bain feints a jab, tricking Roose into countering with a cross.  Bain springs the trap, countering with  a sharp right uppercut.  
Bain gets on the inside.  Roose pivots to the left of his opponent.  Bain lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Bain cuts off the ring, trapping Roose in the corner.  Bain is on target with a stinging left uppercut to his opponents body.  Bain clinches his opponent.  Bain uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Roose behind the head. 
Bain lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Bain lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Bain closes the distance and drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Bain lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Bain lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Bain hits home with a stinging left hook.

Bain lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Bain lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Roose dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Roose sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Bain lands a sharp left hook.  
Bain steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  He then lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Roose switches the action to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Bain is on target with a solid left hook to Roose's body.  
Roose throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Bain closes the distance and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  Bain holds on to his opponent.  Bain is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Bain lands a sharp cross.  
Bain is looking to close the distance.  Bain pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.
