Forrest Phillippe vs Tugdual Oltz

Boxing Daily Report from the Nyongo Promotions promoted show at Vieille salle de bal, Nice,  taking place on 10/08/2044:

Clearly Nyongo Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Forrest Phillippe (10(8) - 0) who hails from Schaerbeek, Belgium and Tugdual Oltz(9 - 5 - 3) from Paris, France.  Phillippe weighed in at 167 pounds and 14 ounces, while Oltz weighed in at 168 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hackett Claude, and the three ringside judges are Verity Omer, Louie Schueller and Marlon Pigalle.  

Round 1: 

Phillippe hits home with a right hook.

Phillippe holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Phillippe pushes his forearm into Oltz's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Phillippe.  
Phillippe steps inside and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  Phillippe clinches his opponent.  Phillippe leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Phillippe is on target with a right hook.  Phillippe clinches his opponent.  Phillippe leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Phillippe manouvers Oltz into the corner.  Phillippe is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.

Oltz wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Phillippe dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Phillippe lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He then lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Phillippe digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Phillippe steps inside and lands a sharp left hook.  Phillippe clinches his opponent.  Phillippe tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Oltz's kidney. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Phillippe lands a left uppercut.  
Phillippe tries to land a cross, but Oltz slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Phillippe steps inside and manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Phillippe lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Phillippe connects with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Oltz's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Oltz's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Phillippe lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Phillippe walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Phillippe is on target with a right hook to Oltz's ribcage.  Phillippe clinches his opponent.  Phillippe leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Phillippe to stop holding.  
Phillippe lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Oltz recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Oltz has taken some damage there.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.

Phillippe lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND DROPS OLTZ!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.

Oltz switches the action to the outside.  Phillippe lands a straight 1 - 2.  He follows up the attack and lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Oltz is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Phillippe attempts to land a jab, but Oltz slips the shot and counters with a left hook.

Phillippe sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a stinging right hook.  
Phillippe advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Phillippe lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Phillippe DETONATES a HUGE left uppercut on his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE OLTZ WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Oltz quickly recovers. 
Phillippe manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Phillippe drives a solid right hook into his opponents body.  
Phillippe hits home with a solid right hook.  
Phillippe lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Phillippe knows Oltz is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Phillippe crashes a spiteful right hook to his opponents body.  OLTZ IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 8.  
Phillippe lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body, AND SENDS OLTZ SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  Oltz now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.

He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut to the head, a cross to the head and a left hook to the body.  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Phillippe!
