Mark Ancrum vs Bryn Morrison

Boxing Daily Report from the Numb Nation promoted show at James Speir Gym, New Haven,  taking place on 09/09/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Connecticut Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Ancrum (3 - 10 - 5) who hails from Waterbury, USA and Bryn Morrison(11 - 1(1)) from Waterbury, USA.  Ancrum weighed in at 200 pounds and 8 ounces, while Morrison weighed in at 200 pounds.    As Ancrum came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is John Boal, and the three ringside judges are Hayden Blacketer, Davie Fitzroy and Dave Rennick.  

Round 1: 

Morrison lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.
