Stuart Gartley vs Henry Chifuwe

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Olympic Stadium, Montreal,  taking place on 08/10/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the WRBA Intercontinental Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Stuart Gartley (19(13) - 2(1)) who hails from Ottawa, Canada and Henry Chifuwe(20(6) - 10(5)) from Kitwe, Zambia.  Gartley weighed in at 107 pounds and 15 ounces, while Chifuwe weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Smith, and the three ringside judges are Sid Leys, Carvell Brame and Mark Mostyn.  

Round 1: 

Chifuwe closes the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Gartley holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Gartley pushes his forearm into Chifuwe's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Gartley about fouling.

Gartley steps away from his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  He follows up the attack and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  Gartley tries to land a jab, but Chifuwe dodges the shot and counters with a firm cross.

Chifuwe manouvers Gartley onto the ropes.  Chifuwe is on target with a left hook.  Chifuwe throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.

Gartley gets on the inside.  Gartley sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Gartley lands a left hook.  Gartley holds on to his opponent.  Chifuwe is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Chifuwe.

Chifuwe throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Gartley lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Chifuwe wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gartley dabs at his face checking for damage.  Chifuwe recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Chifuwe's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Chifuwe's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Gartley tries to land a cross, but Chifuwe slips the shot and counters with a left hook to Gartley's body.  
Gartley lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  He then lands an overhand left, jab and a cross to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Chifuwe recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Chifuwe throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Gartley holds on to his opponent.  Chifuwe leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Chifuwe manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Chifuwe hits home with a firm left hook.  Gartley clinches his opponent.  Gartley leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Gartley lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND CHIFUWE IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  
Gartley lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  Chifuwe now seems to have got his legs back.  
Gartley lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Gartley ties up his opponent.  Gartley leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Gartley throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Gartley and breaks the clinch.  
Gartley is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Gartley lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SENDS CHIFUWE TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  Chifuwe now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.

The right shot from Gartley could be enough to force the stoppage!  Gartley EXPLODES a nasty left hook into his opponents face.  DOWN GOES CHIFUWE!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Gartley!
