Venacio Lazcano vs Carlos Ramundo

Boxing Daily Report from the Los Pollos Bombeados Box promoted show at Gimnasio Gabelo Conejo, San Jose,  taking place on 17/09/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Costa Rica Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Repretel Channel 11, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Venacio Lazcano (48(25) - 9(3)) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Carlos Ramundo(16(5) - 7) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Both Lazcano and Ramundo weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Onofre Marrufo, and the three ringside judges are Hernan Lovato, Cezar Gall and Santiago Durazo.  

Round 1: 

Lazcano pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.
