Leeroy Jones vs Edward Curran

Boxing Daily Report from the Jon Crosby promoted show at Sydney McCord, Sydney,  taking place on 17/09/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Australia-New South Wales Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leeroy Jones (5 - 0 - 2) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Edward Curran(11 - 10(1) - 1) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Jones and Curran weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clint Apostolos, and the three ringside judges are Brendan Gillie, Max Ogletree and Inigo Macina.  

Round 1: 

Jones attempts to land a right hook, but Curran blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Curran gets on the inside.  Curran sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Jones wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Curran dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Curran sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Curran throws a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
