Joel Mulligan vs Ewan Tighe

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Sofi Stadium, Los Angeles,  taking place on 12/11/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joel the Wedge Mulligan (16(12) - 0) who hails from Tulsa, USA and Ewan Tiger Tighe(24(5) - 8(4)) from Omaha, USA.  Both Mulligan and Tighe weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joey Brice, and the three ringside judges are Rob Prichard, Justin Lever and Patrick Caruth.

Tighe gets on the inside.  Tighe sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Mulligan digs in a solid left hook to Tighe's body.

Mulligan steps away from his opponent.  Tighe lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.

Mulligan tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Mulligan lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Mulligan is looking to keep his distance.  Mulligan knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Mulligan lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DROPS TIGHE!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.
