Ramahlwe Zulu vs Stuart Botha

Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing Kingdom promoted show at Blue Pearl Hotel Event Plaza, Bamenda,  taking place on 08/09/2044:

Clearly African Boxing Kingdom have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Ramahlwe Zulu (3(3) - 0) who hails from Katlehong, South Africa and Stuart Botha(21 - 15(6) - 4) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Zulu weighed in at 147 pounds, while Botha weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Garner Moukandjo, and the three ringside judges are Cade Piat, Bassett Belcourt and Olympe Abouna.  

Round 1: 

Zulu snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.

Zulu quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a stinging left hook into Botha's ribs.  
Zulu switches the action to the outside and is on target with a big cross to Botha's body.  BOTHA IS HURT!  
Zulu thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Botha away.  Zulu crashes a nasty left hook to Botha's ribs.  BOTHA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Zulu steps to the outside.  Zulu lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, AND SENDS BOTHA TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  It looks like Botha has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Zulu lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Botha tries to step out of his opponents range.  Zulu lands a cross to the body followed by a jab to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a straight 1 - 2, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Botha almost instantly recovers. 
Zulu is on target with a sharp cross.  
Zulu tries to step out of his opponents range and snaps his opponents head back with a spiteful jab.  
Zulu steps to the outside.  Zulu quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Zulu throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Zulu feints a cross, tricking Botha into countering with a left hook.  Zulu springs the trap and counters with  a potent left uppercut to his opponents body.  BOTHA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Botha almost instantly recovers. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Botha's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Botha walks Zulu down, trapping him on the ropes.  Botha throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Zulu is looking to keep the action on the outside and SLAMS a nasty cross into his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE BOTHA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Botha almost instantly gets his legs back.

Zulu lands an overhand right followed by  two jabs to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Botha almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Zulu lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Botha throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Botha manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Botha pivots to the side of his opponent.  Zulu lands a jab to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Zulu knows Botha is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Zulu whips in a hurtful right hook to Botha's body.  BOTHA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  
Zulu crashes a nasty right hook to Botha's body.  DOWN GOES BOTHA!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  It looks like Botha has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
