Ben Husky vs John Spiers

Boxing Daily Report from the Desmond Hylton promoted show at Kingston Cadwell, Kingston,  taking place on 25/09/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Jamaica-Kingston Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ben Husky (15(2) - 4(2)) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and John Spiers(6 - 13(1) - 2) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Husky weighed in at 126 pounds, while Spiers weighed in at 125 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jacob Pye, and the three ringside judges are Bob Witherow, Gus Steen and Sammy Dewine.  

Round 1: 

Husky pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a stinging right uppercut.  
Husky is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Spiers drives a left hook into his opponents body.
