Dominic Abeni vs Sam Ekpukhon

Boxing Daily Report from the Vartughian Promotions promoted show at Lukman Adesoji Gym, Osogbo,  taking place on 28/09/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Osun State Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dominic Abeni (16 - 26(4) - 7) who hails from Ife, Nigeria and Sam Ekpukhon(11 - 17(1) - 10) from Osogbo, Nigeria.  Both Abeni and Ekpukhon weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehman Laham, and the three ringside judges are Godfrey Nduka, Izunna Adamu and Kunle Gogwim.  

Round 1: 

Ekpukhon manouvers Abeni into a corner.  Abeni connects with a left hook.
