Chris Petinrin vs Thompson Akpala

Boxing Daily Report from the Ofosu-Ayeh Promotions promoted show at Kano Nku, Kano,  taking place on 01/10/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kano State Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Petinrin (14 - 20 - 2) who hails from Kano, Nigeria and Thompson Akpala(15 - 12 - 4) from Kano, Nigeria.  Both Petinrin and Akpala weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chinedu Shekari, and the three ringside judges are Gbolahan Lagelu, Lukman Aderemi and Nathaniel Abiola.  

Round 1:
