Zain Mahdi vs Nwankwo Ekoku

Boxing Daily Report from the Shanungu Promotions promoted show at Ilorin Iheme, Ilorin,  taking place on 01/10/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kwara State Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zain Mahdi (15(8) - 1) who hails from Ilorin, Nigeria and Nwankwo Ekoku(24 - 13(2)) from Ilorin, Nigeria.  Both Mahdi and Ekoku weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Emem Oguntokun, and the three ringside judges are Majid Farooq, Ikechukwu Chukwuemeka and Kenzie Acquah.
