Leon Kennedy vs Bernd Marolf

Boxing Daily Report from the Elliot Britton promoted show at Walthamstow Assembly Hall, London,  taking place on 10/10/2044:

Clearly Elliot Britton have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Leon Kennedy (2(1) - 0) who hails from Dundalk, Ireland and Bernd Marolf(1 - 2) from Cologne, Germany.  Both Kennedy and Marolf weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Darryl Gibson, and the three ringside judges are Mark Rhind, Sean McNabb and Declan Denholm.  

Round 1: 

Kennedy steps inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Kennedy holds on to his opponent.  Kennedy is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kennedy to stop fouling.  
Kennedy advances into close range.  Marolf throws a right hook, but Kennedy ties up his opponent.  Kennedy leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Kennedy hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kennedy about fouling.  
Kennedy closes the distance and walks Marolf into the corner.  Kennedy whips in a nasty left hook to his opponents liver.  MAROLF IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Kennedy ties up his opponent.  Kennedy leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Kennedy's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kennedy is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents body.  
Marolf throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut to Marolf's body.  
Kennedy digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Kennedy tries to land a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kennedy closes the distance.  Marolf tries to land a right uppercut, but Kennedy blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Kennedy walks his opponent into the corner.  Kennedy pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Marolf recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Kennedy lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Kennedy lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Marolf almost instantly recovers. 
Kennedy sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Kennedy lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Kennedy drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Marolf connects with a cross.  
Marolf sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Kennedy attempts to land a left hook, but Marolf parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kennedy is on target with a solid left uppercut to Marolf's ribs.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Marolf's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Marolf's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Marolf contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Kennedy hits the target with a spiteful jab.

Kennedy tries to land a jab, but Marolf sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Kennedy lands a ramrod jab.  
Kennedy gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kennedy dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Kennedy is on target with a right hook.  
Kennedy lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS MAROLF TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Marolf forces Kennedy to retreat onto the ropes.  Kennedy drives a solid jab into his opponents face.

Kennedy lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Kennedy clinches his opponent.  Kennedy leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Marolf is looking to keep his distance.  Kennedy sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Marolf throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  It looks like Marolf has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
