John Scotland vs Joey Oliver

Boxing Daily Report from the GOAT Promotions promoted show at The Grizzly Rose, Denver,  taking place on 06/11/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Colorado Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Scotland (22(6) - 5(2) - 1) who hails from Colorado Springs, USA and Joey Oliver(5 - 6(2) - 2) from Denver, USA.  Both Scotland and Oliver weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bart Sundy, and the three ringside judges are Greg Howie, Patrick Mawhinney and Sam Coghill.  

Round 1: 

Scotland advances into close range.  Scotland retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Oliver tries to land a left uppercut, but Scotland sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.

Scotland advances into close range.  Scotland lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  As Scotland tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Oliver dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Scotland lands a jab followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Oliver pivots to the left of his opponent.  Oliver throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging cross.
