Vandwon Atsu vs Sulaiman Apea

Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing Kingdom promoted show at UJ Stadium, Johannesburg,  taking place on 29/11/2044:

Clearly African Boxing Kingdom have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vandwon Atsu (16(14) - 2(2)) who hails from Umlazi, South Africa and Sulaiman Apea(22(10) - 15(15) - 1) from Durban, South Africa.  Atsu weighed in at 140 pounds, while Apea weighed in at 139 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Roos Van der Linde, and the three ringside judges are Ubanwa Koranteng, Amon Makwetla and Kyan Majola.  

Round 1: 

Apea steps inside and connects with a stinging left hook.

Apea is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents ribs.  Apea wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Atsu dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Apea manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Apea pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a left hook into Atsu's liver.
