Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Lankaran promoted show at Masally Mannan, Masally,  taking place on 16/11/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Lankaran Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hacibey Rahimov (22(16) - 2) who hails from Masally, Azerbaijan and Rais Atakshiev(3 - 2(1)) from Jalilabad, Azerbaijan.  Rahimov weighed in at 146 pounds and 8 ounces, while Atakshiev weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sakhavat Akhadov, and the three ringside judges are Elariz Kasimov, Elariz Kasimov and Orkhan Mehdiyev.
