Khalid Rayes vs Yoshi Ikeda

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Japan National Stadium, Tokyo,  taking place on 14/01/2045:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Asia-Oceania Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WOWOW, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Khalid Rayes (15(7) - 2(2)) who hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Slick Yoshi Ikeda(43(29) - 11(10) - 1) from Amagasaki, Japan.  Both Rayes and Ikeda weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hikaru Mikami, and the three ringside judges are Aki Fujii, Hiroki Amaya and Ryo Shiroma.
