Ming Foong vs James Stilley

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, Manila,  taking place on 17/12/2044:

Clearly Ringside Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ming Foong (62(42) - 12(10) - 2 - 1(NC)) who hails from Wuxi, China and James Lights Out Stilley(89(82) - 0) from Toronto, Canada.  Foong weighed in at 175 pounds, while Stilley weighed in at 174 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Raguindin, and the three ringside judges are Guillermo Panaligan, Jaguar Gador and Gig Puyat.
